AGRICULTURAL COMPANY

Near the farm holidays you can visit our agricultural company .

Its activity focuses on small farms of all animal species such as cattle , pigs , sheep , goats , poultry which are subsequently processed and served in our restaurant .

We have plenty of gardens where we have different types of crops such as berries ( raspberries , blackberries , strawberries ) which are used for making jams , syrups and homemade liqueurs .

We also grow vegetables such as lettuce , broccoli , beets , zucchini and various others.

All products served in the restaurant are sourced exclusively from our farm .

AGRICAMPING

Adjacent to our property is our Agricamping .

It consists of 7 pitches on level where there are columns for the supply of electricity, a dump station with stainless steel vehicular self-cleaning for black and grey water, a fountain with potable water and the hopper for discharge the camper toilet .

The area also has two toilets with 4 showers .

For all the campers who love good food, can taste the dishes directly in farm and buy our products.

The farm "The Peschio Pizzuto" takes its name from the near pointed shape boulder that once narrowed passage along the old road that led from Scanno to the source of the River Tasso.

This original word has the meaning of closure lock, even today, in fact, to indicate an old ingenuity to close doors, we say "ju peschie".

We are at the gates of the National Park of Abruzzo just 3 km from Scanno "One of the most beautiful villages in Italy", on the road leading to Passo Godi, in a unique landscape.

In a typical mountain style, the farmhouse is the ideal place to relax in contact with nature.

The cuisine is homemade and genuine, typical of the Abruzzo mountains.

We serve only our products as daily homemade pasta, homemade sausages of pork, lamb, chicken, rabbit, vegetables, in oil vegetables, homemade cakes, bitters and liqueurs.

For the limited number of its rooms and secluded and quiet, it is the ideal for a peaceful and restful holiday.

We have 4 bedrooms, two doubles, one triple and one quadruple each with private bathroom and LCD flat TV.

Our strategic location makes possible all activities, in summer and winter, to meet every need.

Summer:

A short walk from our house you can find the departures of several trails for hiking or mountain biking.

Close, for all horse enthusiasts, there is the stables "Il Ranch", which offers horse hiring for long trips on horseback in the beautiful scenery that our territory is made.

During your travels, if you are lucky, you will have the chance to record sightings of local wildlife such as foxes, deer, wolves and bears.

Winter:

For snow lovers we are just a few km from the ski areas of Scanno.

The ski resort of Passo Godi has several winter activities like cross-country trails, snow-rafts, and snowmobile trails.

The ski resort of Colle Rotondo, with its three lifts, offers slopes with artificial snow suitable for every technical level: challenging slopes for experts, comfortable and simple slopes for the less educated all in a fantastic landscape.
